  • Can I pay for visa invitation online?

    Yes, you can pay for visa invitation with your credit card Visa or Mastercard during the complition application form. You should make sure in advance that your credit card account has sufficient funds to pay that amount.

  • Can I pay with someone else's credit card?

    Yes, you can.

  • Is it possible to make a refund?

    Unfortunately no. Payment for visa service is not refundable.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my invitations after purchase?

    It’s automatic system. That’s why after the successful payment your invitation will be issued and sent to your e-mail. You will need just print it out and apply for a visa.

  • Can you modify my invitation letter if the dates, name or some other information is incorrect?

    Yes. We can make modifications. You don’t need to order a new document if you made a mistake while filling the online form. Please send your request to our e-mail – support@ivisa.ru

  • Will I need a hardcopy of my invitation letter or scan copy will be enough?

    This information you should specify in the Consulate of Russian Federation. As we do not deal with any Consulates we are not able to inform you regarding this question.

  • Do I need to register my visa?

    We do not provide this service.

    Federal Migration Service should be notified about your arrival within 7 working days upon arrival.
    As usual if you are staying at some hotel, this hotel should take care of your registration upon arrival.

    If you are staying at some private apartment you need to make registration through some agency which provides this service or at the nearest Post office.

  • If the payment is pending what should I do?

    Please contact us (support@ivisa.ru).

    Provide the following information: your citizenship, the website where the payment was made, the last 4 digits of your credit card. We will check it out and respond to you in the nearest time.

  • Do I need a visa to enter Russia?

    Most foreigners are required to have entry visas. Please contact the nearest Russian Consulate in your country to find out, what are the requirement for your country.

  • Do you provide a delivery service and how to order a delivery if hardcopy of the invitation letter is required?

    Yes. We can organize a delivery. It will be an addition service. Prices and duration of delivery depends on the country where the documents should be sent. After ordering a tourist invitation letter you will receive the document to your e-mail address.

    There will be mentioned how to proceed with the delivery service. Just follow the instructions.

  • Should I provide you with the exact dates of my stay in Russia?

    Yes, you should put the exact dates of your stay in Russia and mention all the accommodation places (hotel, hostels) where you are going to stay.

  • Consulate requires tour program. Can you prepare this document for me?

    Yes. We can prepare this document. If you already have some program you can send it to our e-mail address. If not, will prepare some tour program for you. Just send you request to support@ivisa.ru.

  • What do we need for this visa support letter?

    This document is required by the Consulate to submit a tourist visa.

    Tourist invitation letter consists of 2 parts: tourist voucher and confirmation. Please note that visa support letters do not substitute the Russian visa, which must be obtained from the respective Russian Consulate. The visa support documents do not guarantee that the Russian Consulate will issue the necessary entry visa as certain restrictions may apply. Please check with your nearest Russian Consulate.

  • What is maximum period of my tourist visa?

    Tourist visa can be issued for the period of 30 days maximum with single or double entries.
