Russian Transit Visa for Citizens of Philippines
A classic invitation letter is NOT required for a transit visa. Your travel tickets serve as the basis.
What you need instead of an invitation:
- Valid tickets for entry into and exit from Russia
- Visa to the country of final destination (if required)
- Valid medical insurance
Alternative: Tourist Visa
