The regular tourist-visa route requires the voucher and confirmation; the Embassy says their dates should match the dates entered in the application. The unified e-visa route does not require an invitation. Philippine passport holders are eligible for Russia's unified e-visa. For applications submitted from 23 August 2025, it is valid for 120 days and permits a stay of up to 30 days. No invitation is required for this route.
