Use this product only for the regular tourist visa route
A tourist voucher is required as the invitation for a regular tourist visa. Single/double tourist visas may be issued for up to 30 days; the Embassy publishes a separate three-year multiple-entry option for U.S. citizens. U.S. passport holders are not included in the unified e-visa programme and should follow the regular visa procedure.

What is a Tourist Invitation?
A tourist invitation combines a tourist voucher and confirmation issued by a Russian tour operator for a regular tourist-visa application. It supports the application but is not the visa and does not guarantee the consular decision.
The document includes:
- Tourist Voucher
- Confirmation of Reception
- Host organization details
- Travel itinerary
- Tour-operator details and register reference
